About Us

         The founder and the trainer Firoz Sayyed is practicing Karate Since last 24 years, he is a 3rd degree black belt. He has been awarded the 2nd and 3rd degree black belt by the founder of the Karate-Do Federation, Japan, He has also visited Japan and has participated in the International Karate Championship in Japan a couple of times. There are some techniques you may not learn elsewhere and are a fusion of the Japanese Karate and the Kick boxing techniques.


      The training style at the Ren Kickboxing & self defense Academy is unlike any other. If you are looking for an easy life, this is not for you. The training here is professional, intense and dedicated

Why is martial art important???

For the body:

Martial arts is known to benefit the body from the fitness perspective, and is more effective since it is different from that of the routine exercises we do at the gym or at home.
While the training also strengthens your body muscles, you lose extra fat and weight at the same time gaining an art form.

For the mind:
Martial arts also help the mind to concentrate and balance your emotions. Through the various exercises of martial arts, we learn to control our rage and emotions and channel them in an effective manner.

For the soul:
When there is prefect balance between the body and the mind, the soul finds solace and peace. In ancient times, many Buddhist monks and Sadhus from India practiced martial arts to build a perfect sync of mind and body thereby attaining a peaceful soul which is required to connect to God.
